How refunds work for addon purchases and advertising.

What you are buying
Classic Premium, Forever Premium and All Access are one-time digital licenses. Your order provides a license key, which you turn into an import code on the activation page. All Access covers both addon editions. There is no addon subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
Try before you buy
Free access covers available content for levels 1–50. Please try the relevant addon before buying Premium. Forever remains a beta with an inherited Classic catalog; its new content coverage and client compatibility are still being verified. Beta status does not remove the addon refund window below.
How refunds are paid
UpQuest handles product and service refund requests. Whop, our payment partner, processes approved refunds to your original payment method under its Buyer Terms.
- Addon refund window: you can request a refund for Classic Premium, Forever Premium or All Access within 14 days of purchase.
- How to ask: message us from your order, or email FeebledGamer@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for your request.
- Never send your license key or import code by email or chat. We don't need them to find your order.
- Once a refund is approved, how quickly the money appears depends on our payment partner and your bank.
After a refund
A refunded purchase ends your Premium license. The license key is deactivated, so it can't be used to create new import codes, and import codes already created for it may stop working in a later addon update. The free edition keeps working as usual.
Guild Hall
Guild Hall is a one-time licence for the Relay program's Guild Hall features. Your hall runs on your own Cloudflare account; we host nothing for it and cannot delete it. Ask for a refund within 14 days if the hall could not be set up. After a refund the licence key is deactivated and your hall gets no more updates; the hall you already built keeps working as it is.
Advertising purchases
Advertising is a separate, time-limited service. Advertising issues and refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact FeebledGamer@gmail.com or message us from your order with the campaign or application ID, order details and a description of the issue. Do not send the sponsor license key.
The addon 14-day refund window above applies to addon purchases. It is not a promise of an automatic advertising refund. An approved campaign runs for its purchased period from launch; the advertising terms explain where each grade is shown, expiry and review pauses. Traffic, clicks and sales are not guaranteed. A refunded campaign can be removed from the site.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live, including applicable statutory withdrawal rights. It does not waive your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank. Whop's Buyer Terms also describe payment issues and statutory rights.
Chargebacks
If something is wrong with your purchase, please contact us first. We'll work with you to sort it out. Licenses tied to a chargeback are deactivated in the same way as refunds.
