Terms of use
The rules for using UpQuest and UpQuest Premium, in plain language.
Last updated:
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you download or use an UpQuest addon, use this website, buy UpQuest Premium or purchase advertising here. The service is operated under the UpQuest name ("we", "us"). Contact FeebledGamer@gmail.com for product or service questions. By using UpQuest you agree to these terms.
2. The free edition
You may download and use the free edition of UpQuest for personal use at no cost. Free access covers available content through level 50. Full Legendary guides are Premium content; Forever beta coverage is described below.
3. UpQuest Premium
- What you buy: a one-time digital license that unlocks available content for levels 51–60 and the full Legendary guides in the purchased edition. Classic Premium covers UpQuest for WoW Classic Era. Forever Premium covers UpQuest Forever beta. All Access includes both addon editions; it does not include advertising.
- Lifetime: you pay once. There is no subscription and nothing to renew. Your license covers Premium in the edition or editions purchased, including the updates we release, for as long as UpQuest is offered.
- Where you buy: Whop provides the checkout and payment processing; UpQuest supplies the product or service. The price and any applicable checkout charges are shown before payment. Whop's Buyer Terms also apply to purchases through its checkout.
- Delivery: after buying, you receive a license key with your order. You turn it into an import code on the activation page and paste that code into the addon.
- Accounts and data: Premium activation does not require a website account and does not store your license key. Advertisers sign in with Twitch. The optional community feed stores limited public guild-chat snapshots. See the privacy policy.
- Guild Hall: a one-time licence for the Relay program's Guild Hall features. The hall the Relay program builds runs on your own Cloudflare account, under Cloudflare's own terms and its free plan's limits; we host nothing for it and cannot delete it. Updates and the licence check come from us for as long as UpQuest is offered. Only a guild master can set a hall up, and what the hall shows about guild members is the guild master's choice. The privacy policy says what we keep for a Guild Hall licence.
4. Your license and import codes
- Your license is personal and non-transferable. You may use your import code on your own computers and game accounts.
- Don't share, publish, sell or give away your license key or import code. Codes that are shared publicly, refunded or charged back may be revoked in a later addon update.
- Don't try to bypass, crack or tamper with the licensing, and don't overload or abuse the activation service.
5. The addon code
The addon is plain, readable Lua and XML so you can see what it does. Original UpQuest code, branding and guide writing are copyright © 2026 Feebledgamer, all rights reserved. Readable source does not grant permission to redistribute that original material. Embedded third-party components and data retain their own licenses, supplied in each download's THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES folder. Those licenses' permissions are not restricted by this notice.
6. World of Warcraft
UpQuest is an addon that uses the standard in-game addon interface. You are responsible for following Blizzard Entertainment's terms for your game account. UpQuest is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft is a trademark of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
7. Game data and accuracy
Item, quest, drop and location data comes from many sources and the game can change. We work hard to keep it accurate, but routes, drop sources, grades and guides may sometimes be incomplete or wrong.
Forever beta: UpQuest Forever currently targets client 1.60.1 and inherits its catalog and guides from Classic. New Forever quest and item coverage and compatibility in the actual client are still being verified. Purchasing Forever or All Access does not mean this beta coverage is complete. Routes do not guarantee drops, a shortest path or Hardcore survival.
8. No warranty
UpQuest is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to UpQuest is limited to the amount you paid for Premium. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
10. Refunds
Refunds are handled through our payment partner. See the refund policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its "last updated" date. Changes won't take away Premium you have already paid for.
12. Community and Creator Partners advertising
Sign in with Twitch, submit an application and wait for review before purchasing the approved advertising tier. Approval is required before a paid campaign can launch. Submit content and destination links you have permission to promote. Applying does not guarantee approval.
Advertising purchases are separate from addon Premium and All Access. After approval, pay for the approved tier and verify the sponsor license key to launch the campaign. A payment alone does not publish an unapproved application.
- Grade B: seven days from launch. The Sponsored spot in the Guild section of the home page, and a card in the sponsor row when there is room.
- Grade A: 30 days from launch. A card in the sponsor row on the home page and on the Guild Hall, Workbook and Partners pages.
- Grade S: 30 days from launch. A wide banner near the top of the home page and of the Guild Hall, Workbook and Partners pages.
When more campaigns of a grade are live than its places hold, they take turns at 30-second intervals, so each is shown about equally often. Placement is shared. It is not a guaranteed number of impressions, clicks, viewers or sales. Actual exposure depends on visitors and the other active campaigns. A campaign whose payment cannot be confirmed for a day is hidden until it is confirmed again. Campaigns expire at the end of their purchased period and do not renew automatically.
Edits return a campaign to review. A paid campaign pauses while changes are reviewed; its original end date does not move. Refunds, payment disputes or loss of payment access can pause or remove an advertisement. Advertising issues and refund requests are reviewed individually under the refund policy.
13. Contact and your rights
For support, advertising or purchase questions, contact FeebledGamer@gmail.com. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights, statutory withdrawal rights or any right to dispute a charge with your card issuer or bank.
